Stevie The Manager
Firstly, Steve (STANGR The Man aka. Stevie The Manager) Gwillim was born with both parents in the military in Burnaby, BC Canada. His mom left at 2. He wasn’t in the best financial situation. He played sports like box lacrosse, field lacrosse and soccer. And excelled at them. He attended elementary school there until Grade 7 and then moved to Abbotsford, BC for high school.

He fell in love with rap culture because it paired up with him good. Like, for one, winning a poetry competition in grade 4. Also he had to live with his buddy in high school because of conflicts with his step mom. But he made it work and got out of it in a piece.

His journey as a rap artist is a testament to the indomitable human spirit, as he rose above the shadows of his past. In those formative years, he found himself confined within the walls of psych wards and group homes, battling the depths of depression. The weight of his struggle was further amplified by the haunting presence of voices and hallucinations that threatened to consume him.

But he refused to succumb to despair. With unwavering determination, he embarked on a relentless quest for healing and self-discovery. Seeking solace in therapy and support networks, he confronted his inner demons head-on, refusing to let them define his identity.

Emerging from the depths of darkness, he emerged as a beacon of resilience and inspiration and he beat it. Today, as a rap artist, his lyrics carry the weight of his experiences, shedding light on mental health struggles and offering solace to those who may be fighting similar battles. His music serves as a powerful testament to the strength of the human spirit, a reminder that even in the face of adversity, there is hope and the possibility of triumph.

His first 2 albums, Intensify Thought 1 & 2, were the genre “experimental” trying to mesh pop / motivation rap with trap. He learned a lot. There is much more to come though. Hopefully you like his style and sound. He has said, “I’m ready to take the mic to a new level.”

The 6 Best Gym Habits To Keep You Motivated

Finding the time to work out can be challenging. Even with a clear goal of getting into better shape and seeing results, it can feel like an uphill battle. However, keeping up with your routines can be easier than you think. Just by maintaining a few habits at your gym and in your daily life, you’re setting yourself up for success. Working out regularly not only helps you stay healthy but also keeps you sane. After all, it’s always better to keep your mood elevated than let yourself fall into depression or despair. But how do you remain motivated after so many failed attempts? Here are some of the best tips to get you started again.

Eat a well-balanced diet

Eating a well-balanced diet will give your body the fuel it needs to stay active, healthy and strong. It’s important for gym-goers to consume a high quantity of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and water. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and low-fat foods like whole grain bread, low-fat dairy, nuts, beans and fish is ideal for staying healthy and fit. Eating clean and healthy also lets you better absorb and use the nutritional value that your gym has to offer. A diet that’s high in clean proteins like eggs, fish and poultry will help you build lean muscle mass while maintaining strength and agility.

Exercise regularly

Exercising regularly will not only help you stay healthy but it will also keep you motivated. Working out regularly is important because it allows you to maintain a healthy weight, build muscle and improve your coordination. It’s also a great stress-reliever that helps to keep you balanced. Exercising is also a great way to socialize. Whether you go to the gym with a friend or take a class at the local fitness centre, finding a way to interact with others will help you stay motivated and inspired. If you’re not an active person, finding ways to get involved in the community will help you stay motivated with your goals.

Take frequent breaks

In order to stay balanced and motivated, you need to keep yourself off the bench. Taking frequent breaks from working out will allow you to come back refreshed and ready for the next round. It’s also essential to take breaks from the gym for your own mental health and well-being. Exhausting yourself to the point that you become stressed or overwhelmed is not good for your health or your motivation. It’s important to take breaks from the gym to give your mind a break from the intensity while also giving your body a rest. By maintaining good mental health and well-being, you’re setting yourself up to stay motivated.

Don’t skip workouts

When you’re working out to improve your body, it’s important to get your daily dose of exercise. Skipping workouts can set you up for failure as it will take longer to reach your fitness goals. If you fall into the trap of skipping workouts, you’ll find yourself becoming overwhelmed, discouraged and under-motivated. By staying consistent with your routines, you’ll be able to see results much quicker. It may feel like a challenge to stay motivated when you’re only seeing small amounts of change but staying consistent is the key to long-term success.

Try some new habits on the way in

New habits are hard to form, especially when you’re struggling to stay motivated. If you want to change up your gym routine or incorporate a new practice into your daily life, that’s totally fine. Keep in mind, though, that a change should be gradual. If you decide to try a new habit like meditating or drinking more water during your gym sessions, it’s important to gradually incorporate more of that habit into your life. By changing things gradually, you’ll be less likely to fall off track.

Conclusion

Finding time to work out can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to be impossible. Working out regularly and eating a well-balanced diet will help you stay healthy and fit. Exercising regularly will also keep you motivated, so you won’t fall into depression or despair. You can also change up some habits at the gym and in your daily life to stay motivated. Exercising regularly, eating a clean and healthy diet and taking frequent breaks from the bench will help you stay motivated. These tips will help you find time to work out, become fit and stay motivated.
